Hi – I am Gerard Adriani and I started Great Landings Consulting. With it, I want to continue to contribute to the success of the SAP ecosystem in the form of simple, transparent consulting relationships. SAP programs are complex enough with sponsors, stakeholders, systems integrators, and other contractors all having their own goals and agendas. Not me – I am here just to help you, as SAP leader, improve your odds of SAP program success. No sales or revenue goals, no staff to keep off the bench – just you and me working with your team and your stakeholders to figure this out.
I have been in the SAP world since 1989, first in industry, then 25 years in consulting. In my career at Deloitte, I built a track record of leading on time, on budget SAP programs, strong client collaboration and getting the best out of team members. I have worked across many industries, but spend most time serving technology and life sciences clients. I helped them with planning, estimating, and executing ERP (R/2 through S/4 HANA), CRM, APO, SRM and BW integration and transformation programs. My personal strengths are in project estimation and management, data management, development management, deployment/cutover management, functional design, and Order to Cash configuration. I really like team building. In addition, I am a wanna-be for organizational change management, testing and application support.
I love SAP and working with clients on SAP programs. While I stepped back from full time consulting to make room for some other interest, I want to stay close to SAP and programs like yours. When we engage, I will fully commit myself to your program – or provide as much commitment as you need.
